I have gone to the store since it opened. The quality of haircuts has definitely gone down. The stylist overall seem to be pretty sloppy in their dress and appearance, i.e. nose piercings large tattoos showing etc. The last haircut I got about 2 weeks ago the stylist left a ridge around the top of my head where it was supposed to be tapered into the length of the sides. So now I have to go back and have it recut and I will have to have it all cut to the same length and let it grow out again in order to have a decent looking haircut. I am a veteran and I am used to a very precise haircut.

I’ve been mostly happy with Sport Clips until today. I went in around 5pm and there was a about a 30 minute wait time. The stylists there seemed in slow motion. Taking way too long to finish haircuts. No one was happy to be there. The appearance of the stylists has also gone way down hill since they opened. I don’t expect perfection but these ladies looked pretty rough. “Tattoos and nose rings sloppy appearance etc.” The lady who cut my hair did it as fast as she could seeing the line was getting longer. It didn’t seem like she did much. She did ask if there was anything that she could do for me at the end but at that point I just wanted to leave. Management needs to re-evaluate the staff.
